Founded in 2005, Oasis Materials manufactures High-Performance ceramic heaters used in Semiconductor, Consumer, Medical, Defense and Aerospace applications. Located in Poway, California just 25 miles north of downtown San Diego, Oasis occupies a 28,000 square foot modern industrial building. To manufacture its heaters, Oasis employs a multi-layer co-fired technology using Aluminium Nitride as its substrate and Tungsten as resistance traces.
